Today, principal photography of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows has finished, and with that comes the end of an era *sniff*
The end of an Era – today is officially the last day of principal photography on ‘Harry Potter’ – ever. I feel honoured to be here as the director shouts cut for the very last time. Farewell Harry & Hogwarts, it’s been magic! x

I think it’s quite fitting that Ginny ends with short hair like she began. *tears up*
So sad :(.
But I can’t wait!
Love the images you used.
Awesome news on the HP park opening:
“New York – June 14, 2010 – - From the cobbled streets of Hogsmeade to the towering Hogwarts Castle, “Today” brings the magic of Harry Potter to muggles everywhere. On Friday, June 18, Ann Curry and Al Roker broadcast live from the Universal Orlando Resort at the grand opening of one of the most widely anticipated theme park experiences ever created – The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
Curry and Roker will give viewers an all-access tour of the majestic theme park where the excitement of Harry Potter’s world comes to life. As they explore the passageways, classrooms and corridors, they will chat with the stars of the Harry Potter films, Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Bonnie Wright, James Phelps, Oliver Phelps, Matthew Lewis and Michael Gambon. In addition to the pulse-pounding rides, and the shops of Hogsmeade Village, “Today” will feature special performances by the Frog Choir and the Triwizard Rally as well as magic wand fittings and Butterbeer tasting.”

Filming ended on the twelth. Oh my gosh. That’s so sad. I bet all the actors, including Bonnie were extremely emotional. Yes, this is indeed the end of an era. -sighs- At least the cast will still attend the last two film premieres together and we’ll get to see the final films in all of their glory fairly soon.
