Thanks to Harry Potter LA we have a scan of Mexican’s magazine 15 a 20 in which Bonnie features. The article basically talks about the Potter girls fashion disasters This is what they say about Bonnie’s dress in the Order of the Phoenix London Premiere:

It’s more than clear that the youngest of the Weasleys has grown up, what we don’t know is if her brothers played a joke on her and throw at her a Wingardium Leviosa, because her dress came to life, and if she doesn’t stop it with her hands, it could fly up and show us everything!

Well, it wasn’t that bad, the others are more rude but oh well
